REVIEW: DERMA365 GENTLE LOTION

ABOUT THE PRODUCT 

This gentle lotion functions are: (a) Hydrates and helps to prevent moisture loss for a smooth and soft skin  (b) Soothes and helps to promote skin’s protection barrier.

 The formulation are;

1. pH-balanced & hypoallergenic.

2. Mild and free from soap, colourant, fragrance, MIT, parabens, lanolin, animal derived ingredients, mineral oil, SLS, SLES.

3. Non–comedogenic: will not clog pores 

4. Clinically tested and dermatologically proven

5. Easy to spread, absorbed quickly, non-greasy feel

 

HOW TO USE
Dispense desired amount onto palms. Apply and gently massage over skin until fully absorbed.

MY REVIEW

Texture

It has light cream-gel texture and unscented. What I like about this lotion is, it's not like the typical greasy lotion. So, you don't like to wear lotion because of the greasy feel, this lotion is the one!

Scent

No noticeable scent.

My thoughts/ experiences

Since it's suitable for both body and face. The formulation quite light. Not greasy, easily absorb. It's hydrating with light moisturising effect. People with oily skin might appreciate it, but dry skin people might need something heavier especially at night. But if you're doing heavy- so many step routine, this can be enough to lock all the goodness from the products you have used before.

The packaging quite big, so I used it for both face and body. I cannot imagine how long it'll finished if I just used it on my face 😂😂

If you are having flared up eczema, this one definitely not enough.  My scaly hand, didn't get enough moisturisation when my eczema flared up. But it do helps my flaky dry skin during normal days.  It still can be used to keep your skin moisturized on your normal skin day as it didn't trigger my eczema to flare up.

PACKAGING
 The normal price is RM34.52 for 200ml. It's quite affordable as it comes in big packaging. I actually got mine for free at guardian back then (when they had promo). I wish they have smaller packaging which more suitable and compact for travel.

Ingredient Analyst

Colloidal Oatmeal and Trimethylglycine: helps to soothe dry skin, promote skin barrier and moisturise and helps to prevent skin's dehydration.

OVERALL

I didn't experience any negative reaction from using this moisturiser. It's affordable and suitable for all skin types.
