RIMMEL WAKE ME UP FOUNDATION REVIEW

ABOUT THE PRODUCT
 Wake Me Up Foundation reduces signs of fatigue. It also designed to make your skin look brighter, poreless, flawless. It also has SPF20 with vitamin C and radiance pearls.

SHADES RANGE

This foundation has limited shades, they only have 6 shades. I bought the dark shades foundation but then I mixed it with other concealer or other light shades foundation to get the perfect shades for my skin.

Texture:
 It has light creamy liquid texture with shimmery inside. But yeah, the glitter doesn't look blinding on your skin.

Coverage:

It has light to  medium coverage.  As you can see below, the coverage quite buildable, you can layer it to get more coverage and it doesn't look cakey at all.

Finishing:

It has dewy finishing. I prefer on using dewy finishing foundation as it makes my skin look natural. And as I have dry skin, using matte foundation usually makes my textured skin look weird.


 My thought:
When it comes to long lasting foundation, I think it all depends on how you set the foundation, I set this one using the rimmel pressed powder, it can lasted more than 8 hours. If my skin dehydrated (get oil on the t-zone), I'll touch up the with the pressed power too. But yeah, this foundation is not transferproof.

Packaging:

 It comes in 30ml glass bottle, which is quite heavy. Maybe Rimmel should consider of using tube packaging with pump. It is more compact and travel friendly.

Normal price RM29.90. Available at Watsons, Guardian or HermoMY.

OVERALL
It is a good foundation, easy to blend. Affordable, I bought mine for only RM15 during sale. Really suitable for those who just start learning makeup. I think people with with dry skin will love this!
